We are a well established Violin and Guitar Duo based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. We are happy to travel to surrounding areas, including London. We specialise in the music of Giuliani and other composers of the era. We have a large repetoire of music including Paganini, Guiliani, Gragnanni and my other classical composers.

We can also provide show music, popular songs including the Beatles and we do our best to accomodate special requests for music. We need to be given good warning if a specific piece is needed for your event. If we have enough notice we can arrange pieces that we are not able to purchase.

For Weddings we are happy to play for whichever section we are needed, this includes as you walk down the aisle, for the signing of the register or any other section of the wedding/reception. Even the wedding breakfast.

We also play for other events such as Birthdays, Funerals, Cocktail Parties etc.

We are available for booking year round.

Our Minimum booking period is for 1 hour. So, if you only need us to play for 30 mins it means you will need to book for the full hour.

Our Rates are as Follows

First Hour ---- £120

Each Hour thereafter ---- £100

So for example a 2 hour engagement would cost £220

This cost will include the arrangement of one Piece of music for the duo where the music wanted is unavailable to buy and where that is requested.

We do not charge for travel within a 25 mile radius of Tunbridge Wells, a small reasonable fee will be added (at negotiation with booker) for travel outside of this area.

We are Carrie and Matthew Lyons, both local teachers based in the Tunbridge Wells area. We started performing as a Duo whilst at University and have continued to do so since we have been married. We have played and performed together for about 10 years, in all sorts of settings and contexts.

We are available for any special occasions, such as; Weddings, Dinner Parties, Events, and Concerts. We are able to fit to your needs no matter what the occasion. Will endeavour to accept special requests for specific pieces as much as possible.
